Lyman joined Auerbach Phelan Group in 2007 and has over 10 years of factory experience as Vice President of Sales and Marketing with The Bevles Company and National Accounts Manager with CMA Dishmachines. Prior to being on the sales side of the business he had an operational background of over 20 years in Fine Dining, Restaurant & Bar Management, B&I Food Service, College Food Service and Fast Casual.
With an emphasis on Consultants, Schools and End Users Lyman’s operational background enables him to provide equipment solutions for every aspect of the business. In addition to field sales, Lyman is acting President for Dynamic Equipment Solutions.
Paul has over 25 years experience as a manufacturer’s rep in the foodservice equipment industry. Paul brings both technical and engineering background to the company. Formerly, Paul was president of Auerbach & Associates, a family business that was started in 1964, which Paul took over in 1997. Paul joined Randy Phelan in 2005 to form Auerbach Phelan Group. He has experience with kitchen and bar design, including autocad, and specializing in stainless steel fabrication, refrigeration, and ventilation. Paul’s services to our dealers and consultants emphasize selecting the right level of equipment for the specific project, with consideration of performance, value, and application.
Paul lives in Las Vegas and his additional responsibilities include managing company strategies and finances, along with supporting key customers and his partners in Southern California.
Randy has over 25 years in the food service industry which has included a wide range of positions. From restaurant operations manager to various regional and national sales and marketing positions for leading manufacturers. He has worked for companies such as Victory Refrigeration, Sharp Electronics, Dean, U.S. Range, Cambro, and International Storage Systems. His many years of experience with manufacturers have given him the opportunity to work closely with chains, consultants, dealers and end users.
Before merging with Auerbach Associates, Randy formed J.R. Phelan & Associates in 1996. J.R. Phelan & Associates has been a proactive results driven company that places a high priority on relationship selling, problem solving and building market share.
Andrew joins the Dynamic Equipment Solutions team as a territory sales manager with a background in casual and fine dining coupled with a degree in hospitality and restaurant management from Le Cordon bleu. He recently left the fitness industry spending many years as a customer service and operations manager. With emphasis on customer service Andrew prides himself with the ability to handle any task and assist in any capacity that is needed. He enjoys taking on new challenges and looks forward to serving you.
Mona has over 20 years of experience from outside sales, sales coordinating to inside sales, estimating and all aspects of customer service. She attended Golden West College where she studied Interior & Architectural design. Prior to joining the DES team she work as the Sr. Estimator for RW Smith, and most recently as an Account Manager for KLH Marketing. Mona was born and raised in Seal Beach, CA
Hillary joins Dynamic Equipment Solutions as a Territory Sales Rep with a special focus on Schools and Hospitals. A graduate of Long Beach State University, Hillary brings Restaurant and Bar Operational experience with her.
Rebecca was born and raised in Huntington Beach,CA. She joins the Dynamic Equipment solutions team as a territory sales rep with a emphasis on schools. She has more than 6+ years experience of sales, customer service, and management roles. With joining the DES team she is eager to grow and continue learning all avenues of the business.
